Currently there are at least 98 obtainable badges, with 3 being mobile exclusive badges
The known badge types are obtained by either using Mega Tickets or participating in special events. Mega Ticket badges are awarded to fully boosted planets. The Halloween badges were introduced as mobile exclusive at the end of October 2015 for people who finished the separate planetary interface inside the Gates Of Heck. Four new badges have been introduced at every monthly event since then. The re-editions of previous events (e.g. Gates of Heck 2016) only give three new badges, being the first one the same first badge of the original event.
With the 4.0 update, some event badges gave profit boosts to planet-specific businesses.
As of the 6.2 update, all badges (not just "Badge 4 of 4") provide some sort of boost. The amount of boost that a badge provides depends upon how "leveled up" it is. There are four categories of badges (Magnate, Mogul, Executive, and Entrepreneur). Magnate badges reach their maximum boost at level 20; Mogul badges reach their maximum at 30; Executive badges reach their maximum at 40; and Entrepreneur badges reach their maximum boost at level 50. Some badges provide boosts to base profit. Others provide boosts to base speed. And some provide boosts to the "Ad Watch" bonus. Additionally, whereas badges previously boosted only investments on the main planets, there are now some boosts for investments in the events.
Mega Ticket Badges[]
Mega Ticket badges are awarded to players who boosted all of the investments on any planet. The badges are called I <3 Earth badge, I <3 Moon badge, respectively I <3 Mars badge, all of them having the planet's image on the T-Shirt. These badges are purely cosmetic and hold no profit bonuses. Currently, they are no longer obtainable except for giveaways.
