Capitalist Cakeday is an event made in honor of the 5th anniversary of AdVenture Capitalist. There are 9 investments. The first replay on February 18th, 2020, added more investments, but removed two of the original 5. The second replay on February 25th, 2020, added another investment and removed some of the old ones from the first replay. On March 3, 2020, another replay started. This one was identical to the first version of the event. On May 1, 2020, the event was reverted back to the February 25, 2020 edition. This is the current version of the event.

- The investment, Gewchy Goodie Bag, is a parody on Gucci.
- Lemmy Parker and Bubsy Casanova are managers in this event, running the Iced Lemonade and the Champagne Wave Pool respectively, similar to the investments they run in 1% Land, being the Lemon Lane and the Champagne Falls respectively. It is also interesting to note that they are the first and third managers in both events. (In the first run of the event, in the second run, Bubsy is the 7th manager)
- One of the Champagne Wave Pool unlocks reference 1% Land, being the "Must be 21+ To Swim" unlock. An upgrade for Champagne Falls is called "Must Be 21+ To Ride, Unless European".
- This is the only event to have more than 10 Capitalist Connections, at 12.
- This is the second event to have less than 9 investments available, with the first being Manager Mania I. (The first run, the second run has 9)
- In the Swag screen, after you buy enough investments, you can see the old design of the Capitalist in a frame.
- The Micro Manager/Lucky Charmer from Making It Rain is seen in a frame on the event banner.
- This is the first event to run more than once within a month. (February 11th, February 18th and February 25th, 2020)
- The third version of the event, released on February 25th, is the first event to have both 10 investments and one ProfitCaster. This was previously impossible in events due to the landscape support in the past, and the ProfitCaster took the spot of the first investment slot, so there would be 9 investments due to the ProfitCasters. As of the 7.5.0 update, AdVenture Capitalist only supports portrait mode, and the ProfitCaster in the events would appear at the bottom on the screen, instead of the usual investment slot placement.
- The replay on March 3rd, 2020 reverted back to the first version of the event. The current version is the 2nd replay (the version from February 25th-27th, 2020)
- The prices and effects of the unlocks, upgrades, and Angel Upgrades in the first replay were identical to Cashalot.
- This is the first event to change the order of investments, and add additional investments and managers in a replay.
