Live Rich and Profit is the space-themed event for AdVenture Capitalist, released on May 2016. It began on May 3rd and ended on May 11th. On March 2nd 2017, the event became replayable, and got two Special Event Sale items. As from May 18th 2017, the event was re-released for 7 days, including new badges. On August 30, 2017, the event became replayable again, including the Event Ranking, and time warps as prizes from unlocks.

Profit Caster[]
The event features a ProfitCaster that, when active, multiplies all active investments by a factor of 12x for 10 seconds once every four hours, although it can be indefinitely extended by repeatedly clicking the triangular ProfitCaster image to the left of the countdown timer. This feature is similar to the similar temporary profit-boosting elements in the past events Black & Blue Friday, A Capitalist Carol, and For the Love of Money, as well as the Profit Martians on the main game planet Mars.
In later replays of this event, the ProfitCaster multiplies the profits of all investments by 12x instead.

In 2019 events started using a Goal system where you accumulate points to unlock rewards rather than the previous 2018 and below versions where you need a specific amount of each business.
In 2018 and before there were a total of 86 unlocks on this event. Its amount and organization (which milestones to which investment) are almost identical to those of A Capitalist Carol.
In May 2018, October 2018, and January 2019, the event had a total of 73 unlocks. It's amount and organization was almost identical to A Nightmare on Easy Street.
In April and October 2019, the event had a total of 54 unlocks. It's amount and organization was almost identical to 1% Land.
On February 28, 2020, 23 unlocks were added to the event on mobile for a total of 77 unlocks. The amount and organization of the first 54 are still identical to the first 54 unlocks of 1% Land.

Special Event Sale[]
Prior to v6.2 there were two Special Event Sale items available which provided boosts to the ProfitCaster, a multiplier for all businesses, and Flux Capitalors. With v6.2 these were no longer available.

- When the event became replayable on August 30, 2017, "Cosplay Pack" changed its name to "Space Con Cosplay Pack", and "Superfan Pack", to "Space Con Superfan". The event deals didn't change.
Currency Exchange[]
Once all unlocks have been obtained, Currency Exchange becomes available. At that point, Star Bux can be exchanged for Mega Bucks. The first Mega Buck costs 1 Novemdecillion Star Bux. Each subsequent Mega Buck costs 100 times the previous.
Trivia[]
- On February 28, 2020, 23 unlocks and 29 upgrades were added to this event for mobile.
- This has exactly the same Steam unlocks and upgrades as A Nightmare on Easy Street and 1% Land.
- This is the only event with three completely different versions that were all (almost) identical to previous events that had run.
- When the event was first released, keeping the ProfitCaster running produced a space-like sound that now you only hear when starting the ProfitCaster.
